Overlocker operator • Buffalo County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
