Immediate opening: injection moulding machine operator (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Borough of Rochdale, England. On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Six days a week, one day off.
