Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Washington County, Utah. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
