Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Union County, Arkansas. You will be based on a quarry floor. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
