Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Etsako East, Edo. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
