Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Clay County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Six days a week, one day off.
