UPVC window fabricator — Phillips County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Phillips County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents Ideal candidate: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
