Kitchen porter — Lewis County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lewis County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
