You should have: • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg The role involves: • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box 5+ years on the tools preferred.
