Line cook — Young County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Young County, Texas. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
