Mobile crane operator — Adams County

Now hiring: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Adams County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
