Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Pike County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a road and bridge project. The role involves load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Rotating shifts. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
