Urgent requirement: bread baker (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Cherry County, Nebraska. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
