Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
