Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
