Vacancy available: CNC programmer-operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Sheffield, England. You will be based in a toolroom. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
