Paint and prep technician — Taylor County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Taylor County, Kentucky. The job is at a dealership paint shop. On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
