Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Reagan County, Texas. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. On a typical shift you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Six days a week, one day off.
