Wet plasterer — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Douglas County, Kansas. You will be based in a refurbishment property. The role involves clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
