Now hiring: we are hiring a tile roofer in Ottawa County, Kansas. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance The role involves lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; insulate and ventilate the roof void; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs.
