Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Bryan County, Georgia. You will be based at a container port. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On a typical shift you will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
