You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Meals and transport allowance provided.
