Day to day you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
