Cnc lathe operator — Hanover County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Hanover County, Virginia. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
