On the job you will handle: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Part-time with flexible hours. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
