Commis chef — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Polk County, Florida. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
