The role involves: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • A good head for heights and steady balance Full-time with occasional weekends.
