Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
