We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will be based on a structural steel site. Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
