On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
