Bakery assistant — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Adams County, Colorado. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
