Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Highland County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
