PVC window assembler • Cardiff, Wales

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Cardiff, Wales. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. You will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
