Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Bradford County, Florida. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
