Vertical milling machine operator — Adair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Adair County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
