We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Jasper County, Iowa. You will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
