Tile roofer — Foster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Foster County, North Dakota. You will be based on re-roofing and repair jobs. The role involves torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
