Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Shanono, Kano State. You will work at a busy restaurant. The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
