Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Cass County, Texas. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work The role involves pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
