Skimming plasterer — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Lee County, North Carolina. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
