Bar bender and fixer • Kosofe, Lagos State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Kosofe, Lagos State. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Day to day you will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift.
