CO2 welder — Ohio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Ohio County, Indiana. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
