Toolroom milling operator • Baca County, Colorado

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Baca County, Colorado. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Day to day you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
