Plant operator — Bolivar County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Bolivar County, Mississippi. You will work at a stone quarry. Day to day you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
