Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Beaverhead County, Montana. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
