Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Auglaize County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Auglaize County, Ohio. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
