Sausage maker — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Franklin County, Tennessee. The job is at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
