Dough maker — Wasco County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Wasco County, Oregon. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
