Foundry worker — Osage County

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in Osage County, Kansas. The job is on the moulding line. Your main tasks: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
