Argon arc welder — Sullivan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Sullivan County, New York. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Your main tasks: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
